3. Requirements for Use
Platform use requires an internet connection and a compatible device. Use must comply with all applicable laws.
4. Conclusion of User Agreement
Contracts can be concluded by unrestricted legal persons and entities with appropriate authority.
5. Fees

7. Liability
TRADIMO's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

The content available on the platform is protected by copyright. Users grant TRADIMO the right to use uploaded content.
10. Changes to the AGB
TRADIMO is entitled to change these AGB with effect for the future unless it is unreasonable for the user.

12. Applicable Law
German law applies. Place of jurisdiction is Hamburg, Germany, provided the user is a merchant or has no general place of jurisdiction in Germany.
